Incident History (Last 30 Days)
A hardware interface transceiver mismatch on our MCI border aggregation router led to brief packet drop for routes passing between Houston and Kansas City.
The faulty transceiver has been swapped out by local datacenter personnel. Latency on the route is stabilized below 19ms. Telemetry is verified normal.
Upstream datacenter facility executed annual routine maintenance of regional battery backup systems.
All facilities successfully restored auxiliary power distribution setups to standard active grid connectivity. No hardware reboot or route flaps occurred.
